We Fix It was unlucky enough to inherit us as customers when they bought out a small HVAC company that had installed a completely new system for us in 2025. That install ended up being a bit of lipstick on a pig, but Mike and his guys have not hesitated to honor the old company’s service contracts and warranties. When our brand-new AC went out completely after only a year, the owner called personally to investigate, they had someone out within an hour to diagnose, and had a completely new condensing unit installed under warranty in less than 24 hours after our call. We’ve now had three different technicians (Rich, Jeremy, and Edgar) as well as the service manager Ralph all out here, and every single one was timely, clean, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. The difference in workmanship from the previous company’s install is night and day—even the condenser unit, which was a 1:1 replacement, is half as noisy as it used to be. It’s also clear to me that Mike takes care of his people, operating a caring and high-integrity business inside and out.
