Robert came today to help figure out why my heat pump wasn’t coming on. He checked the wires to the thermostat and noticed when they installed it back in September, they had it set to gas heat and furnace. He switched it to electric and heat pump, and it worked just like it should!

A great company all the way around. My husband and I just had our heat pump replaced by We Fix It, after a service tech from another company brought it to our attention just how bad of shape our old one was in. After gathering quotes from a few different companies, we went with We Fix It, based on their very fair and competitive quote, as well as the feeling of knowledge and trust the service tech, Rich, instilled in us. He was the most honest and straightforward of all the companies who quoted us, leveling with us, and giving us what felt like an honest opinion instead of a sales pitch.
A small hiccup did occur when the invoice showed a slightly different unit than we had agreed upon on the estimate, but after bringing it to their attention, Rich and the front office team corrected it within hours. Installation proceeded without a hitch less than 3 business days after we signed the paperwork.
Thank you to the entire team, but especially to Rich, who made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process.

This is the 2nd time using We Fix It Home Services. Staff is helpful and honest. I ended up purchasing a new heat pump/AC unit for my about 1300 sq ft home. Cost was about 13k for an AirPro unit. I had done some price comparison so figure it was a competitive price. The two items I would have liked to see We Fix It do better is the following. One, the first tech who came to analyze why my AC wasn't working ended up "jump starting" the system before I already agreed to purchase a new unit. If he would have told me he could do that prior to me agreeing to buy I would have waited a few days to review the heat pump unit for quality and price.

I Would Highly Recommend Arcadia Air
My wife and I woke up this morning to a cold house. When I looked out the back window I saw steam coming out of the heat pump. I went outside and the fan wasn't running. I turned the unit off because I remembered someone telling me if it gets too cold the heat pump won't work. Later, after it heated up, I turned the unit back on but the fan still did not come on. We called Arcadia Air, and Jimmy was the name of the tech, and he told me that it is true about heat pumps not working if the temperature gets to 30 degrees or below. It was definitely warmer now, so Jimmy turned the unit back on, and it still didn't come back on. Jimmy opened up the control panel and found a bad capacitor; I believe he called it that. He had a replacement on his vehicle, and we were back in business. Jimmy was really nice and was quick and friendly and had the part we needed. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air to anyone in need of heat pump A/C or electrical issues! Thanks, Jimmy!
