My biggest concern when it comes to HVAC was I just can’t trust what the technician would tell me, and we are also new to the area. Jacob walked me through all of the things that needed to get done. There were things that I could take care of myself, and rather than trying to knock down my idea or being pushy, he even shared some recommendations. The service was greatly done. Jacob mentioned they would have someone come out in a week to double-check on my leaking issues to ensure everything is good.
