Had an incredible experience using Arcadia Air. Our A/C went out in the summertime; my wife was freaking out. We contacted Arcadia Air on a Saturday and they came out within 2 hours!! We worked with Giovanni, and he was very informative, helpful, and even responsive via text when we had additional questions. In the end, we bought a new unit from them and they installed it two days later!

Air conditioner stopped working on Sunday late afternoon. Called We Fix It around 7:00 PM. Rex answered the phone, was very helpful and scheduled us for a 5 AM Monday repair. I received a text message before 5 AM that Ralph was on his way. He arrived shortly after five, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and was finished by 6:09 AM. How is that for quick service? Ralph was cheerful at 5:30 AM, polite, efficient, did a great job, and we are enjoying a cool house this Monday morning. We definitely recommend We Fix It!
