Well, we had issues with our mini split. We contacted our builder as we are under warranty. They ok'd We Fix It to come check it out. Ralph came once and took care of it first on very short notice. We needed them again and Drew and I think it was Jeremy too. They had to remove it from the back of our house. Then Drew took over from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 111 degrees and worked over and above for us. No complaints of the heat at all. He was so concerned about us and about doing his best work. Well, he did better than his best. So, if you need work done ever, be sure to call them and confident that they will get it done and done right. We love "We Fix It." Thanks again, Drew. We appreciate you so much. 😊
