We Don’t Plan to Go Anywhere Else
Ralph came first to try and figure our AC out after another company “couldn’t help us anymore.” Well, that last company did such a horrible job at finding the issue they ended up completely destroying our unit. Ralph tried to troubleshoot it, but the last company had wires pulled out and tied together, the compressor was blown, and both of my AC stages were wired together. It was so bad we had to replace it. The next day Gunner and Gabriel came out and installed our new unit and installed a second return in the house. I was out of town working, but my wife said they were very professional and did their best to keep things clean while working on the return. It’s a great feeling knowing your AC isn’t going to quit at any moment. Mark in the office helped us out tremendously, and we don’t plan to go anywhere else for our HVAC needs!
