We Don’t Plan to Go Anywhere Else
Ralph came first to try and figure our AC out after another company “couldn’t help us anymore.” Well, that last company did such a horrible job at finding the issue they ended up completely destroying our unit. Ralph tried to troubleshoot it, but the last company had wires pulled out and tied together, the compressor was blown, and both of my AC stages were wired together. It was so bad we had to replace it. The next day Gunner and Gabriel came out and installed our new unit and installed a second return in the house. I was out of town working, but my wife said they were very professional and did their best to keep things clean while working on the return. It’s a great feeling knowing your AC isn’t going to quit at any moment. Mark in the office helped us out tremendously, and we don’t plan to go anywhere else for our HVAC needs!

Just as the Arizona temperature peaked past one hundred degrees, my father, who is 90 yrs. old, had his home air conditioning break down. The temperature in his house was quickly rising and presenting a dangerous health risk. I called WE FIX IT Home Services, and they immediately sent a technician to the house. The 20 yr. plus old AC needed replacement. I knew the AC was old, sounded awful, so I decided to give them a call. Came out for a free consult. Local company with only customers to gain. Didn't try to sell me anything, just told me what I already knew. I had already had 2 quotes to replace the unit. Drew called the boss on-site and asked what he could do for me to get me a new unit installed. I got a new Amana installed next day, full warranty, free service for 2 years, kept me under budget. He ultimately suggested we get a new unit with warranty to avoid replacing the unit piece by piece, which was the direction we were headed after a costly repair with another company last year. Jacob responded immediately to my SOS when my ailing A/C unit failed to work. After he shared with me a detailed diagnosis of the problem and a range of solutions, I chose to replace the whole system since mine was showing its age. It is always nerve-wracking not to be without A/C, especially as summer is ramping up; however, I didn’t have to wait long!
James and CJ were available the very next day for a full install and duct cleaning, during which they displayed the utmost professionalism. Not only were they thorough in their work, they also took extra care to ensure I was fully informed throughout the process—and that my pets were comfortable, too.

I do mortgage loans for a living and recently referred We Fix It to a client of mine that needed a full unit replacement. My client was told by another company it would take 5 days to come out to his house and the cost would be 16-20K. We Fix It made it out same day, quote came in much less, and they had the system installed before the other company could even make it to the house. Wouldn't recommend anyone else moving forward!

These two gentlemen were my 😇 Friday. My AC unit went out Thursday evening and thankfully, when I contacted them early Friday, they were able to diagnose my problem. Unfortunately for me, it was wiser to purchase a new unit. Daniel explained everything to me along with pros and cons between the newer units. Never once did I feel pressure to purchase anything. He just provided the facts about my situation. Despite this being the worst time for AC problems, he was able to set up new installation for the following Tuesday. They also installed a portable AC unit I purchased earlier that day, while making sure I'd be good to go. How's that for customer care! They were very professional and prompt as well. My AC went out on a Saturday night. Michael came out by 10 a.m. on a Sunday morning to work on it. Unfortunately, the compressor was shot! Even though he couldn’t fix it, he didn’t charge me a service fee but gave me options on what to do next and let me know if we had them replace it, they could be here tomorrow morning. Within 30 minutes, he had four different quotes for me on units. We chose one and within ten minutes I had a scheduled appointment for the next day! By 8 a.m. the next day, I received a message from Jeremy he was on his way! Jeremy and his two techs were very professional, did a great job cleaning up, and I had AC again by 3:30 p.m.! I would say a less than 36-hour turnaround on AC replacement, which I’m sure could have been quicker if it hadn’t been a Sunday, is pretty darn good! Will recommend to anybody who asks where to call for AC help!
