You Truly Get More Than You Pay For
This was my first experience dealing with an HVAC company, and I am so glad that I called We Fix It Home Services! When Drew arrived, right from the start he was thorough, letting me know in detail what his maintenance call to our home would include. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had a great work ethic! When he was finished, he had taken pictures to show me everything he was explaining to me. He literally wrote out in detail everything he told me. He informed me that later in the day he would type everything up in an invoice and also an estimate of future work and send that to me via email, which I received later that day. His loyalty and respect toward the company that he works for and the owner of the company really impressed me. About a week later I received a call back from Danielle, checking up with me regarding my experience. She did not try to upsell me anything; she genuinely wanted to find out if I was happy with my experience, and I was happy to tell her that, yes, I am! Rich Delancey did an excellent job servicing my heat pump unit. It was discovered that rodents have been chewing the wires and coverings of the vent runs. He replaced wiring, cleaned, and checked the efficiency of the A/C. I highly recommend Rich and We Fix It.
