Ralph came out to fix my AC. He is a very professional and honest young man. I figured it was going to be something big, and he said there was nothing wrong with my unit. It is so hot outside that my tenant was just complaining about how hot it was inside the home. Had a very old AC system that needed a blower motor replaced. The technician showed up the next day. However, he had a hard time removing the motor from the fan housing. The technician was patient and figured it out eventually. My AC is up and running again in less than a day. Great customer service and good troubleshooting skills.

Fast response and no trip charge
Fast response, and didn't charge for right trip since they had repaired it 10 months ago. Technician was very nice, explained everything and, luckily, it started working again when I turned it back on, but he gave me some tips and said if it happens again, to leave it on so they can read the error code. Great guy and I felt well taken care of!
