This is the best company I could have ever chosen. My technician Daniel was the best. He showed me everything that was going on with my A/C system. He fixed everything. I have COPD and emphysema. I had been coughing up a storm and didn't know why. Now that We Fix It Home Services took care of my issue, I am now breathing freely again. Thank you, Daniel and We Fix It, for doing your due diligence in helping me breathe again without coughing until exhaustion. They are professional and caring of your needs. I'm so happy I chose to call them. If you don't call them, you will regret it.

Excellent service. We had duct cleaning and electrostatic filter installation. Our family has been having severe allergy issues, including rashes. When we left the house, all the issues improved. It has been 3 days with the cleaned ducts and new filters, and our allergies have improved significantly. The crew was on time and professional.

My husband & I are beyond happy with We Fix It Services, LLC, & the exceptional expertise, skill, professionalism, honesty, education, & kindness we experienced with our HVAC/Heat Pump professional, Jacob Donaldson. Although we have a newer Heat Pump system, we knew it needed maintenance. I researched We Fix It Services, LLC, on the AZ ROC site, the BBB AZ site, & read many reviews on Google—& found nothing but stellar reviews. And I'm so thankful we chose them...& that Jacob came to our home. What Jacob found within our heat pump was a shock to us but it also gave us answers as to why my asthma hasn't been controlled, despite maximum medical therapy, & likely contributing to other quality of life symptoms...black mold...& it was throughout. Jacob took many photos of the interior & as I reviewed them, I immediately recognized what I'd seen in medical & nursing journals (I'm a RN). Jacob explained the rationale for why, with our particular brand, this isn't uncommon, & the answer to keep this from recurring (after he'd spent 2 1/2 hours removing the black mold) was to install a Blue-Tube UV Germicidal Ultraviolet Light System. Jacob was here over 3 hours & we knew how fortunate we were to have a professional who'd actually tackle the hours-long job of removing all the black mold...& then install the Blue-Tube Germicidal Ultraviolet UV Light System. It's only been 2 hours since he completed the work & for the first time in ages, I have ZERO asthma symptoms—no wheezing or coughing—as the heat pump isn't blowing black mold spores into the house. And it's also cleaning the outside air coming in of bacteria, viruses, & fungal spores. It's wonderful to now have a 'forever' HVAC/Heat Pump servicing company who operates with such commendable business ethics & employs such an ethical HVAC/Heat Pump professional as Jacob Donaldson, whose work is impeccable.

Corey from We Fix It Home Services in Florence, AZ just left my home. I can't say all the helpful tips and his explanation of everything he did for me because it would take too long! I had another HVAC company come because they advertised a "free" AC inspection. I should have known, nothing is free! He told me before he did the inspection I had to have a part fixed that would cost 500.00! He wouldn't check my AC out unless he fixed that certain part because it was dangerous! Now... Corey from We Fix It not only fixed that part, he went into the attic, he unclogged the drain and a few other things. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to me. I ended up getting a 3 year service to keep my AC running properly and to prolong its life with the maintenance they offer. The price I got was amazing!!! I am so happy with everything from the phone call to them yesterday to his service today. He was on time, fast, clean and a great guy! Please call them for your AC needs. I cannot say enough good things about We Fix It and the incredible team they sent to our home. Isaac was the first technician I met, and what a joy he was to work with. He was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. Then Edgar and Richard joined the project, and together these three men were absolutely outstanding. Our air conditioning went out during some extremely hot weather. We were living out of a single bedroom with a small window AC unit, along with our three pets, and the upstairs temperature had reached 98 degrees. When these guys arrived, they showed up exactly when they said they would—7:00 a.m. sharp—and worked until 8:00 p.m. They worked tirelessly in brutal heat, including spending time in an attic that was undoubtedly much hotter than the house itself. What impressed me most was their work ethic and respect for our home. The attic opening wasn't large enough to fit the new equipment, but instead of taking shortcuts or causing unnecessary damage, they carefully found a way to get everything installed while preserving as much of our home as possible. They only had to remove a small amount of trim, and they're even coming back to finish repairing the attic opening and install the final thermostat. Throughout the entire process, they were friendly without being pushy, professional without being intimidating, and completely focused on doing the job right. They wouldn't even let me help! They simply wanted to take care of everything themselves. They worked hard, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, vacuumed around the attic area, and took the time to show us exactly how to operate our new systems before leaving. We also had our vents cleaned and our dryer vent serviced. During that process, Isaac discovered a bird's nest in the dryer vent and took the time to explain how a simple screen could prevent it from happening again. That kind of helpful advice wasn't something he had to do, and it showed that he genuinely cared about helping us, not just completing a job. Another thing I appreciated was the complete lack of pressure. They answered questions honestly, explained our options, and worked with us on financing when we needed it. The company followed up promptly, and after I reached out, they were able to replace both of our HVAC systems within just a couple of days. The owner of We Fix It should be incredibly proud of Isaac, Edgar, and Richard. They are hardworking, professional, respectful, and truly exceptional at what they do. I would gladly welcome them back into my home anytime and will absolutely be using We Fix It for future services. If you're looking for an HVAC company that shows up on time, works hard, respects your home, and genuinely cares about its customers, hire We Fix It. You won't regret it. - In the 5 years we've been here, we've never been able to get the upstairs down to 75 or 76. This is after we tinted our own windows and have insulated curtains over every window with blinds. You can see by the picture that we are at 75! After the house is at 95!
