I Am Now Breathing Freely Again
This is the best company I could have ever chosen. My technician Daniel was the best. He showed me everything that was going on with my A/C system. He fixed everything. I have COPD and emphysema. I had been coughing up a storm and didn't know why. Now that We Fix It Home Services took care of my issue, I am now breathing freely again. Excellent service. We had duct cleaning and electrostatic filter installation. Our family has been having severe allergy issues, including rashes. When we left the house, all the issues improved. It has been 3 days with the cleaned ducts and new filters, and our allergies have improved significantly. The crew was on time and professional.

My husband & I are beyond happy with We Fix It Services, LLC, & the exceptional expertise, skill, professionalism, honesty, education, & kindness we experienced with our HVAC/Heat Pump professional, Jacob Donaldson. Although we have a newer Heat Pump system, we knew it needed maintenance. I researched We Fix It Services, LLC, on the AZ ROC site, the BBB AZ site, & read many reviews on Google—& found nothing but stellar reviews. And I'm so thankful we chose them...& that Jacob came to our home. What Jacob found within our heat pump was a shock to us but it also gave us answers as to why my asthma hasn't been controlled, despite maximum medical therapy, & likely contributing to other quality of life symptoms...black mold...& it was throughout. Jacob took many photos of the interior & as I reviewed them, I immediately recognized what I'd seen in medical & nursing journals (I'm a RN). Jacob explained the rationale for why, with our particular brand, this isn't uncommon, & the answer to keep this from recurring (after he'd spent 2 1/2 hours removing the black mold) was to install a Blue-Tube UV Germicidal Ultraviolet Light System. Jacob was here over 3 hours & we knew how fortunate we were to have a professional who'd actually tackle the hours-long job of removing all the black mold...& then install the Blue-Tube Germicidal Ultraviolet UV Light System. It's only been 2 hours since he completed the work & for the first time in ages, I have ZERO asthma symptoms—no wheezing or coughing—as the heat pump isn't blowing black mold spores into the house. And it's also cleaning the outside air coming in of bacteria, viruses, & fungal spores. It's wonderful to now have a 'forever' HVAC/Heat Pump servicing company who operates with such commendable business ethics & employs such an ethical HVAC/Heat Pump professional as Jacob Donaldson, whose work is impeccable.
