Air conditioner completely broke down on a hot Sunday. Called Arcadia and Robert came in only an hour on a Sunday. Realized it could not be fixed. Next morning, Gunner installed the new one. Gunner was very professional and answered all of our questions. He is a hard worker and takes pride in the work he does. I highly recommend Arcadia Air and Plumbing. Larry, Andrew, Gunner, and Gabe were at my house all day installing new units. Not only did they go over every detail more than twice, they took extra time to make sure they vacuumed and cleaned up any mess that was made. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Such a Huge Lifesaver! Aug 5, 2025

Even with being an experienced service tech myself, I came home from a long weekend of fixing AC systems to find out my upstairs unit wasn't cooling Sunday afternoon. I did some diagnostics on it and found out the compressor had failed. Long story short, I had the company I work for, Arcadia Air, come out and replace both 3-ton split systems today (Monday). Huge shout out to Larry, Gunner, Gabe, and Andrew on being in my very hot attic all day installing them and getting them all dialed in for the rest of this hot summer. The best part was my wife and I didn’t have to miss any work. The whole process was super streamlined, and I couldn’t be more thankful and blessed to work for Arcadia Air. Just a couple of hours ago it was 88 degrees in my house, and now my family and I are able to be upstairs in our rooms comfortably at 75 degrees. Thank you all again, such a huge lifesaver!

I highly recommend Arcadia Air! Our older AC unit went out, and Jimmy was able to come over to take a look in under a couple of hours. He did an emergency repair to get cold air flowing, but also let us know all our options for long-term solutions. We ended up buying a new unit from them, and I felt very confident in using them. The new unit was ready in just 2 days, and Jimmy guaranteed we would have cold air the whole wait time, even if it meant another emergency repair (which thankfully we didn't need!). Jimmy also ended up being one of the installers, and both he and the other installer truly went above and beyond for us to make sure everything was installed well, quickly, and functional! We'll definitely continue to use this company!

(It was a Sunday and I didn’t know what to expect) Rich went over everything with my husband regarding what wasn’t working and in a short time sat down with us to go over everything. He provided a few options regarding repair or replacement with no push to choose anything specific. Patiently answering all our questions and guiding us through next steps. During the hottest weather so far, they gave me the exact help I needed! Looked up my warranty, showed video of my problem (roof-top unit), gave me straight talk about the benefits of new vs. repairing, plus a really great price with easy, 5-minute financing, and even included some prevention/maintenance tips. Manny was patient, worked to get me a good deal, and even offered me a window unit. All that AND a new unit delivered the next day! Company is efficient, organized, friendly, quick, prompt, detailed and had the best prices between 3 other top competitors I checked with. Bought an American-made Goodman 5 ton SEER air conditioner with heat pump roof-mounted with a 10 year warranty. Warranty on labor seems better on the Goodman and prompt service in case of a problem is important to me, especially in Sun City, AZ. I've had Trane in the recent past and it went out right at year 10 and was supposed to last at least 15. Overall I would highly recommend this company.
